Munira Casanova is the bookkeeper and office manager at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. She obtained an A.A.S. Accounting degree from Central New Mexico Community College and a B.L. A. from the University of New Mexico. As the office manager and internal accounting department, Munira oversees all daily operations and financial transactions to ensure efficiency and compliance. She strives to maintain a professional and organized work environment and is dedicated to upholding the firm's reputation for excellence and contributing to its continued success. In her spare time, Munira enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and giving back to the community.

Shirley Saccoccia is a paralegal at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. Shirley specializes in complex medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death litigation, and has an extensive background in civil matters including class action and estate planning. Shirley’s passion is concert photography, and she captures dozens of performances throughout the country each year. Outside the office and away from the stage, Shirley enjoys spending time in her garden and with her pets.

Marlo has enjoyed working within a variety of legal sectors for about 30 years and remains passionate about all facets of case management. Winter Flack is a Law Clerk at the Law Offices of Erika Anderson in her first year at University of New Mexico School of Law. She has an extensive background in healthcare and higher education administration including a BA from the University of New Mexico in Psychology and an AAS from Central New Mexico Community College. In her spare time, she teaches Tai Chi Chih, meditation, and creates jewelry.

Ashley is the document management specialist at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a degree in University Studies. Ashley has a heart for positively impacting people’s lives. As a result, she is the team’s central point of contact, support staffer, and file organizer in the office. Above all, Ashley communicates with clients and sets every case up for success. Away from work, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family, meeting new people, exploring new places, partaking in arts and crafts, and losing herself in a good book.

Julie is the intake specialist at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. She obtained a B.A. in Criminology from the University of New Mexico and is a lifelong resident of Albuquerque. After a long career in state government, she now works in our fast-paced firm serving as a first point of contact for potential clients and assisting them in navigating legal processes.

Samuel is a Law Clerk with the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. For his Undergraduate, he attended New Mexico Highlands University, where he double majored in Political Science and Psychology. He has now started law school at the University of New Mexico School of Law. Samuel is interested in the field of law because it is a way to fight for those who can’t fight for themselves and to give a voice to those who have been silenced. Originally from Arizona, Samuel has lived in many places including Nevada, the Country of Belize, and now the great state of New Mexico. Samuel enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his dog Jasmine, and relaxing with a good book or show.

Sherri is the Medical Billing Records Specialist at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. She was born and raised in Southeastern New Mexico. She graduated from New Mexico Junior College then pursued studies at Long Beach City College earning an AA in Medical Records Transcription. She has also earned multiple specialty Certifications from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Sherri has enjoyed working in various industries within the private sector including workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, health insurance plans and hospice. She has also worked in Risk Management for public sector agencies including City Government and School Districts. Sherri enjoys spending her free time antiquing, attending concerts, and traveling with her husband and adult daughters.
Zach Westerfield
ParalegalZach Westerfield is a paralegal at the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. Born and raised in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, Zach has spent the last twelve years living in the Houston area. He began his career in the legal field in 2006 and has had the privilege of working for several prestigious law firms since then. Zach is passionate about the legal justice system and is honored to be part of a firm that shares his commitment to justice. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, which typically includes outdoor activities and dance parties with his fiancée and their six-year-old daughter.
Vincent
The Law DogThis charming three-year-old Golden Retriever is named Vincent – but he’s also come to affectionately be known as the Law Dog. His journey began amidst the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic when his owners, enamored with the idea of a Golden, stumbled upon a litter advertised in the paper that included Vincent – and he quickly won them over with his charm and playful personality. As a proud member of the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson, Vincent takes his role as law dog seriously, providing comfort and companionship to both clients and staff alike at the Nob Hill firm. Whether it’s lending a paw during a difficult deposition, or spreading cheer with his infectious energy, his presence is always appreciated. “He loves hiking, playing with other dogs, and going to parties!” says his owner, Erika.
