Erika E. Anderson is the founder and managing partner of the Law Offices of Erika E. Anderson. She is an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating for legal and ethical excellence. Anderson has been practicing for over nineteen (19) years in the areas of medical malpractice, governmental liability, civil rights, personal injury, business, employment and estate planning. Anderson represents her clients at the trial and appellate levels. She has excellent litigation skills and has served as lead counsel and co-counsel in numerous trials in State and Federal Court. Immediately after law school, Anderson clerked for eight (8) judges in the Fifth Judicial District for the state of New Mexico. She then clerked for the Honorable Gene Franchini and the Honorable Richard C. Bosson on the New Mexico Supreme Court. Anderson is well respected in the legal community and is the part President of the State Bar of New Mexico, the former Chair of the American Bar Association Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Section Trial Techniques Committee, and the Past President of the New Mexico Women’s Bar Association. She also teaches several classes as an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law including Evidence and Trail Practice and Defending and Taking Depositions.
